I'm sure you all remember I promised to not get any more gadgets!!!!! Well, I lied!

We've all hear of QVC and HSN, big mistake watching those programs.

Anyway, saw this Nextbook and JUST had to have it. Really got it for reading. I spent more on books this year that this gadget cost!
Supposedly does alot of neat stuff.....We'll see

WIP......???

When I worked at Stouffers we had a huge room
Called the WIP. "Work In Progress"
We kept all things we didn't finish or that could
be used the next day......




So this is a
WIP project.



This requires a million
tiny pieces




Cut and numbered

to be used in said project. Hoping they all fit eventually


I'm learning a couple of new

techniques in this one



which produces an

easy way for the pesky(sometimes) flying geese unit.




When put together the




star will have this tiny 'log cabin' unit in the middle

Future projects......

This is a picature of a quilt I found in a book.

I have seen a couple of quilts done in beige, tan,

neutral colors. They are really pretty. So I'll wait till

Jan 1 and go to Margarets and get some fat

quarters....on sale....and start out....This is a real east

pattern.

Defenitely not about Billie!

This is a new project......"Buck-a-Block"

I go in each month and pick up a new 'Kit',,

Over in Peoria, Margaret's "Quilters Bee"

Costs a buck........

Reading has gone by the wayside for now....

Starts out with alot of squares sewed together

Cut diagonally......yawn.....

And put together in different ways to make12 different blocks.

Colors are browns and pinks.

Guess I better add one little ole picture so she

doesn't get mad at me!!!
