So by the time you get everything together, rock salt, freezer, hammer........smaller the ice the smoother the ice cream.. The grab the camera, is it really worth it?

Tonight is the ice cream social at the church.Being a two time 1st prize winner I decided to enter again. First time I won I made the Pistachio Ice cream---second time I made Banana Bavaria, a recipe from Carma.

So last night I got out my new big bowl and mixed up the Pistachio ice cream. Put it in the fridge over night and after a walk this am with Billie started the ice cream
